National ResourcesFLC Laboratory Website Reference: A listing of over 250 U.S. federal laboratories, where companies may find available technology transfer services, including Facilities Use Agreements, CRADAs (Cooperative R&D Agreements) or licensing of technologies. Provided by the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer. FFRDCs: Listing of Federally Funded Research & Development Centers. These centers are eligible Research Institutions for STTR proposals. FFRDCs may be subcontractors on an SBIR proposal only with the approval of SBA, although consideration of approval by SBA will not occur until after notification of an SBIR award.
