Marti Elder, CLP

Marti Elder, Senior Technology Manager, has been engaged in technology transfer for over 15 years and is a seasoned licensing and commercialization expert. She has brokered over 100 license agreements involving sensors, environmental technologies, software, medical devices, engineered solutions, and consumer goods. Her technology management experience began when she served as the business director and chief financial officer for YES Technologies, an R&D company in Bozeman, Montana. In this capacity, she managed a portfolio of dozens of patents and negotiated licenses for the company’s proprietary technologies. A noted expert in small business intellectual property strategies and management, Marti is frequently invited to present workshops on these topics and related commercialization issues. She is a member of the international Licensing Executives Society (LES) and is a Certified Licensing Professional.
