Notice of Intent To Grant an Exclusive License; ECKART GmbH

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DoD.

ACTION: Notice of Intent to Grant License.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to ECKART GmbH, located at Guentersthal 4, 91235 Hartenstein, Germany, a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license throughout all the contracting states of the European Patent Convention, Australia, Brazil, Canada, People’s Republic of China, India, Japan, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, in all fields of use to practice the Government-Owned invention described in Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Application Number PCT/US17/63364 titled “Aluminum Anode Alloy”, filed 28 November 2017, Navy Case Number PAX237.
